Opening day there are 3 big matches ( from perspective of performance last year) and 2 Canadian teams kick off with Vancouver on tsn.
concacaf features 3 mls teams vs Liga Mexico so it should be interesting to see how MLS can match up against Cruz azul, Toluca and Tijuana!
KC, SJ and LA represent mls in the tourney.
the opening day matches with some of the top teams from 2013 include:
Seattle vs KC
LA vs Salt Lake
Portland v philly might be the third biggest match of day one.
interested to see how Johnson the cDN international continues to develop his game playing with 4 argentines and a columbine as Portland goes all in with the South American players taking up 5 of starting 11 positions from front to back with papparato brought in on transfer to start as CB.
