Did we pick up Jermaine Defoe or not?

I've seen the Jermaine Defoe in Toronto FC Jersey in the newspaper and on the site yet his name is not yet on the roster at Torontofc.ca, so the question is , is he on the team yet or not and if not why not?

yes he signed with tfc officially but is still playing at Spurs ..... Will officially transfer over on Feb 28 2014 , its a bloody big deal!

Yes, he has already signed a contract with the team, but he is only arriving and joining the team on February 28th, which is why he's not officially on the roster yet.
