Poor Yedlin....thinks he's good enough to play for Tottenham. He'll get a comfortable spot on the bench at best.
RSL traded a player to NYCFC for a 2016 4th round draft pick. Has to give you a warm feeling as a professional athlete to know that's how much you are valued by your team.
On the other hand, having Jason Kreis remember you exist is worth something I guess.
Alan Gordon headed back to LA.

“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

they just confirmed that jermaine jones is heading to new england revolution. apparently they ponied up more cash than chicago.
They used a blind draw to allocate Jones. Garber literally put Chicago and New England's names in an envelope and picked NE. LOL
Both Chicago and NER were in the mix. The league negotiated the approx $4 salary for 1.5 years with JJ with a proviso that if he went to NER the wages would be slightly higher. So the MLS World HQ did an envelope draw and NER won.
MLS is so scared to death that teams will run up wages auction style that they put in preventive measures even when they don't have to. Let the league negotiate a mutually agreeable wage/contract length, see who is willing to pay and let the player decide. The limit on DPs is enough to prevent LA/NY/whoever from horning in every time.
It is interesting that Chicago's ownership was willing to pay those kind of wages.
Kei Kamera tweeted #NewCrew w picture of him in front of big yellow disk. So, that settles where he ends up in January.

According to MLS.com, Dom Kinnear is leaving Houston and heading back to San Jose. I guess TFC is stuck with Vanney now, since Houston will automatically get the better coach of whoever is available on the market.
That also leaves Watson without a job. Maybe he could become a CMNT assistant under Floro to become a better manager? Lord knows we need more Canadian coaches.
