With Gilberto being shown around the town by the leaders of Toronto FC and MLSE on Tuesday night it seemed then that he was on the verge of signing for the MLS club. He was reported to have undergone a medical on Wednesday with the club and the signing should be made official on Thursday afternoon when the team is scheduled to hold a press conference.

There should probably be a thread for this since it is happening today.

I think it was today and then they canned it for the MLS All Star game announcement. Just speculating, but I saw one journo mention something like that.
