Did I miss the memo stating that if a SSH paid via the payment plan in 2014 that we wouldn't be able to forward tickets via the account manager until the last payment was made? I'm trying to forward an April game and it won't let me.

Weird things always happen in Account Manager prior to the start of the season. If I had to guess issue is probably that they are not fully set up in the Ticketmaster system for transferring yet. Nothing to do with payment schedule you chose. You could always call your account rep to ask when that option will be available.
Couldn't you just download the tickets and email the pdf?
