Deadly You Tube video of Portland fans crying late in Sunday's game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=np1JC...ature=youtu.be Priceless!
Then again, we've always done our crying MUCH earlier in the season...

No gloating, just welcoming others to our long standing misery.

Do any of these partnerships even work out? I think the Cosmos could take that to another level though.

Colorado announces they will not be bringing Jaime Castrillon back next season.

Could be a decent pickup to help bolster TFC's thin CM?

Has tons of Int'l experience (Columbian 1st Div and National Team).
Scored 8 G and 4 A for Colorado in 2012, before missing time in 2013 to injury (basically lost his spot to Dillon Powers by the time he recovered)
    Has Domestic Status
    Had a very minimal 2013 Cap-Hit of only $46,500

Plus he plays somewhat of a box-to-box style that we know Nelson favours (as opposed to an outright AM).

Could be a good veteran presence to platoon with Osorio, especially if he can regain his 2012 form.

Here is an interesting interview with Garber: http://espnfc.com/blog/_/name/soccerusa/id/3911?cc=5901

    I find this conforting:

So you don't foresee a scenario where [ChivasUSA] could be moved or even contracted?

    DG:
Absolutely not. There is no chance that club is going to be contracted, and no chance that club is being moved.
This gives me hope that, no matter how bad things get around TFC, it will probably always be around.

Wow lots of MLS news tonight. I like it - him and Bradley have turned down Vancouver now. They still sit without a coach.

Molinaro apparently asked that question of Bez and he said no.

It's interesting what City are doing. They are taking Kreis over to the UK to learn how City operates first hand. Like a residency. That kind of knowledge exchange could really be huge.

^Moot point as I don't think TFC could have competed with that NYCFC offer in any circumstance.

All these coaching and FO changes around the league definitely stirring the player pot. Makes it hard to predict how next season will be, other than Chivas USA, which will still be fucked up as long as Vergara owns it.

Would you have gone for him for that? I hear a lot of people say he's a good defender, but from what I've seen of him he's basically just big and not much else. But has been in the league a long time. Could have been that veteran presence at the back.

I'd pass. Marshall is a stud CB who is strong and good in the air and good organizer of defence. Stock fell a bit after some issues with concussion, and playing under Robert Warcycha who sucks.

For TFC, Chad Marshall at 300k + is a luxury can't afford, with Caldwell doing Marshall's job for cheaper. Plus potential concussion problems.

The way City go through managers, maybe we're the ones learning from them. ZING
It is interesting though. Despite the obvious association here, I wonder if these sorts of partnerships will be promoted/encouraged by MLS or if it'll be "one offs".
