What is amazing is that someone at TFC must have said: "You know what will really get people excited? Film the cresting of the shirt. It will drive them crazy."

Wow. He's not even a DP.

Is there an archive of first shirt pressing videos for new players that I can peruse? Fascinating shit. I just can't get enough.

Episode 2: The boots. Coming soon.

The best part of this thread is reading the serious comments.

Hey, fair play to you, man. I find one of the biggest shortcomings of TFC support is that we often lose perspective and take ourselves a bit too seriously (myself included). We need to make fun of ourselves more often! Supporting this team, one must have a sense if humour in order to survive.

Well I watched a lot of football in Argentina primarily to watch Urruti before he even came. He played CF and had 2 extremely talented wingers that were able to feed him the ball anywhere on the pitch. The names of the wingers were, Pablo Ediquez and Fredrico Eloisi. Watching a lot of urruti he scored a lot of tap ins and goals because of the superb playmaking abilities of his wingers. TFC need better wingers to feed/cross the ball for maxi

Ya, i think Rey could be a talented crosser, but Convey is leaving a lot to be desired, other than a few games here and there. i think if there was a more playmaking winger on the left, or at least a feeding/playmaking midfielder that can find the wingers out wide or send a killer pass to the forwards, the team would be 10 times more dangerous going forward

I don't get Sportsnet 1 on my cable tv package. So I didn't watch the Columbus game. However I did get a pain in my neck around the time that Urruti probably came on. Clearly a sign from the universe that he is a bad signing. Let's ship this garbage out the door before we lose more time. I've read a lot of posts about starting Frei again, please start Frei in Urruti's place.

^ Good idea. Frei may be an improvement and it may be the only way he gets to play.

Great Q&A (well sort of) with Urruti.

    Love the last quote:

“Play for the emblem on your chest and people will remember the name on your back.”

Hmmm......note the original untranslated is included.

    I like these two
What do you dislike most about your appearance?
    “My hairy legs.”

What is it that you most dislike?
    “Cucumber.”

Hmmmm - maybe something lost in translation?
