Asked the tfc twitter account and this was the response:

Canada looked best against Mexico in the Gold Cup. Bekker and Osorio linked up well so maybe we could see that in action.
What I noticed about Kyle Bekker is this. He has no urgency and makes the easiest pass. Always. I would be bored on the field if I was this guy. He never wants to make that final quality pass and just hovers around not screwing up. But, as someone who wants to be a number 10 he needs to influence the game at a high degree. He lacka agility and hard-nosed defensive play so he is a liability going back the other way.
Maybe try him out though....
Between Bekker, russel, and hall we have 3 meh options to lineup next to laba. May as well give the young guy with potential a run out
Bekker?
Maybe as a second half sub for Hall.
Still think this is a chance to get frei some minutes with bendik back in on Saturday regardless of the result.
I dont think Nelsen, is that type of guy to give his #1 goalkeeper a rest just because there's a midweek match. IMO, its possible Frei could get some time, but not likely when he knows he cant mess up with the fans on the teams ass. He just doesnt have the flexibility to just say I'm going to give this guy some playing time, just because.
At least Lambe is not playing...
Gonna meet up with a few friends @ Football Factory to watch the game.
TFC!
It's probably true. That being said, any place you'd try to slot Bekker on the field there's some nagging issue
Wing? Not enough pace
AM? Doesn't attack space on the dribble. He forces himself to pass when it's not necessary or the right play.
Box-to-box? Just as Nelsen said.
If you were tactically flexible, there's probably a way to get him out there and hide his deficiencies. We seem to stick to our system no matter what, so that makes it somewhat difficult. He certainly has some great skills, but I can't particularly blame Nelsen for holding him out... although I do kind of go back-and-forth on this. We seem to tolerate some lousy performances elsewhere from deficient players, you could argue Bekker is no less capable.
Bendik; Eckersley, Agbossoumonde, Caldwell, Morgan; Osorio, Laba, Russell, Convey; Earnshaw, Brockie
The return of Ashtone Morgan
Oh boyyyy... Decent like up, but this defense will be very disorganized. Don't expect a clean sheet.
If Russell and Convey show up tonight, that's not a bad lineup; Russell showed in the Montreal game he's much better in central midfield and he moves the ball more quickly than Hall.
well the betting odds aren't in our favour, but Koevs is a big favorite for first goal.
///\\\///\\\///\\\///\\\///\\\///\\\///\\\///\\\
Parky hitting the beers already? Koevs isn't playing and not on the bench
Do I:
Stay up and watch what will likely be a very boring game, where we will likely lose and I will be mad I wasted two hours...
OR
Do I go to bed and wake up tomorrow and find out that I missed a spectacular showing and kick myself for not watching because even if I watch the game on MLS live tomorrow it won't be the same if I already know the score.
Hmmm...
I am going to try for the latter, but think there is a good chance I won't be able to sleep and be stuck with the former.
WE DID IT!
If I don't see some fucking fire and determination from Morgan, I don't know how he can be anything else but a lost cause. This is your chance dude. If you screw this up you're officially behind Bloom in the depth chart, which means you're in real trouble.
