This is the new low. Losing to a team who is really worse then us. Controlled the ball for the majority of the game and have nothing to show from it. This is just as bad as the Red Bulls blowout and the montreal thumping, if not worse.

Lol, just found out we don't have our own draft pick. I might take a look again if Leweike finds a shiny enough transfer but I'm totally done now.

Great atmosphere in the supporters' section at StubHub... they took us right in... despite the dismal attendance the spirit with the Union Ultras was great... I traded a small Canadian flag for a Union Ultra flag with one of their key supporters... he loved it and said that he would "put it up in my garage." Grass-roots integration! M.L.S. is at its best when these type of things happen.

Nope, that will happen in a year or two just before mls takes over the team. This team will never improve while owned by MLSE.

Its much worse because it further demonstrates the ineptitude of the new people charged with running this team. Nelsen is NO coach, Payne is simply Mo Johnson lite.

That was just awful, even though that should have been a penalty at the end, we had so many chances to put the game away, that it didnt need to come down to that.
I really got nothing, we were given a golden opportunity with that harsh red card, and we didn't use it. Plain and simple

I'm more than a little embarrassed about having allowed myself to believe the Forlan stories, including that he was in town yesterday. Sheesh. I look bigger than my age of 12 yrs. old.
"Failure simply isn't an option at this stage. TFC pushed its chips to the middle of the table when it splurged on Bradley and Defoe and reinforced its bet by making savvy acquisitions elsewhere. This collection of players is capable of delivering on the promises made during the close season. There are no more excuses available for TFC. Only success will continue the process of atoning for the past and establishing a higher standard for the future." FOX Sports

Went to bed right after Chivas scored - I see we weren't able to do anything - not the least bit surprised. Just when you think things couldn't get any lower for this club, they do. We haven't hit rock bottom yet - with this club, the hole seems to get deeper every week.

I said that on Twitter the other day. What TFC supporter wouldn't welcome relegation at this point? It sucks that you wouldn't play in the top league but I would trade that for being competitive and winning semi-regularly. We'd probably lose to Orlando City right now, division 2 is where this team belongs.

Sorry, but disagree with those who saw positives from Bekker. In over his head against the weakest MLS opponent. Does not make any runs off the ball of any quality. Bad decisions on the ball. The one time he had the ball at his feet in the box, the Chivas defender headed it away. Bekker should be shooting hard and low in that situation. I say loan him out to get playing time and coaching.

Oh definitely not. Rock bottom means you have something solid to stand on. TFC is still standing on very soft ground.

    ^^ There is that!

I can't imagine people actually spending money to watch what was offered up in this match.
    Very disheartening.

I know this season was supposed to be a writeoff and one of low expectations, but this may still be one of the most excruciating, soul-destroying seasons I've had to endure as a supporter. Can anyone remember a season in which we've given up points in so many imaginative new ways every week, not to mention the painful injury time meltdowns we've had? I sure can't.

@24thminute @mlse #TFC needs to stop celebrating the past and take down all those pictures from the 2000's, this is their problem

Not even close for me. Last season went from hopeful to hopeless not once but twice. I was prepared for this season.

Pretty much at the lows of the Winter era now. With Leiweke's bloviating and the Forlan circus the cherry on the sundae.

I know a bunch of middle aged seamstresses who like to kick a bundle of tightly woven thread around during their lunch, perhaps we could see if the factory owner would mind TFC showing up for a dribbling and ball handling lesson?
