It should be only 1 on Monday.
I got an email saying Toronto FC are closing in on up to three players for Monday or Tuesday. Take it with a grain of salt. They didn't mention any names though.
@SkySportsNews: Sky sources: QPR to send Adel Taarabt out on loan
"Up to" three players, some of whom may be announced on Monday or Tuesday.
I don't see it happening... Good young player from a relegated team would be loaned to a team in a high league, not mls..
FWIW, Forlan with 2 goals today vs. Fluminense.
Yes I agree it should be 3.
1 + 1 or 2

Odea gone apparently. I am shocked
Darren O'dea returned to Toronto today to finalize a transfer deal. Looks like we've sold him.
^^ Kaboom, big news about "captain" O'Dea.
In his own words:
Darren O'Dea @odea_darren3m
For every1 asking I'm discussing terms with another team. Not what I want! Not got a choice! I'll update you when things are clearer!
Not shocked by a transfer but definitely weird timing.
Thought we'd wait out the season at least. His contract was just untenable though.
Never burn a bridge Darren. His agent should take away his phone.
For O'Dea's sake especially, I hope they found him something in the UK, and that he's not being shuffled around MLS. That's not the kind of crap that makes anyone from overseas want to sign with MLS, not if they have options.
The old regime's squad being dismantled piece by piece.
Thank God, he is always out of position and making big mistakes...this whole team is being torn apart and it is about time. We are seeing it with the Raps, we saw it with the leafs and now with TFC. Let's see what they have planned out, exciting times ahead!
man, KP is ruthless. O'Dea loves Toronto, but this business is very cutthroat
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

And if Caldwell gets injured, that leaves Henry and Agboss in the middle? Yikes.

the salary comes off the books (well half of it probably) and also if it involves a transfer fee.....more allocation for KP.
If anything, this lends more credence to the idea that we'll be getting in new bodies early next week. There's no way KP could be so dumb as to leave us this shorthanded squad-wise for too long, could he?
