Since CocKrane was the one who said it,I would not be surprised if Koevermans is already bought out of his contract and enjoying his retirement in Holland.

the first thing i thought of when i saw cochranes name on that statement was sheppard book's quote in serenity:
"coming from you, that means next to nothing"

SSG:She's gotta be pushing 39. Those legs look liek the legs of 40 year old woman.

Frings and Koevermans, chances are they're being bought out. The plan MLSE would hope for is for the two players to accept a job with the coaching staff under Nelsen.

Olivier Occean, I think would be a good pick up since he is now on the bench for Frankfurt. I dont think they will keep him for next season.

^ Huh what? You can only buy out one player per season, that's been said so many times. And no way Frings wants to coach here. He's already got a gig lined up back with Werder for when he retires as a player.

Sounds like we played a hastily arranged game today against a local college. 2-2 with Bekker scoring both goals for TFC.

Trialists received roughly half the minutes. All this according to twitter.

I find it sad we couldnt even beat a NCAA Division II team in Sunshine State conference, this is going to be a very long season, at least we have helped out another Canadian MLS club

They didn't arrange this fixture so they could beat up on a college team. It was played so they could see how the trialist played in a competitive environment. The final score is meaning less.

Remember when we beat that college team 5-0 last year?
