I missed approx. the first 15 minutes. Yes, TFC was awful in the 1st half. J. Hall as mentioned; and generally TFC just doesn't have a plan yet against high pressure. However, I didn't think the CBs were particularly bad in the parts I saw. Lots of players at fault in giving Orlando those golden chances, CBs only part of the problem. Also had plenty of good clearances and some other decent play in defense.
I honestly have no idea where this team will be headed when MLS starts. At the least, I can say they will have some good games & some bad games. I hope folks can relax a tiny bit, and see how the team comes together over 5 or more games. But yes they still need to sign 2-3 good players at the least.
Maybe they accidentally cut the wrong Hall?

Good win, even over Orlando City. I think the positives of the game were TFC's defensive line and good collective defending in open play closing down attackers. The midfield looks solid - Osorio and Bekker.
The negatives again were the lack of offensive chances from wingers and strikers, which again with the lack quality in the these two games was to be expected. KEVIN PAYNE sign some wingers and strikers ASAP.
We scored three goals, but really not from what TFC created. It was Orlando City mistakes.
From the two games, defence looks good. Frei Ecks-Calif-O'Dea-Morgan. Midfield okay with either Frings and Cesar or Frings and Bekker or Osorio. Mix of that. Plus, Silva as advanced midfielder.
The problem lies in attack. It's not good. I will wait and reserve judgment until the signings happen. Better be soon.
