Ok, that's a solid guy to add to your coaching staff.

The more of these that come through, the better.

Maybe Payne is gonna write off Nelson before he even touches a clip-board like the rest of you non-believers

“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

I'm thinking since Kerr was a "Mariner guy" he'll be toast sooner than later.

Wileman said that Onstad is coming to team as asst coach, Kerr still GK coach.

I don't know what the correct sized coaching staff is, but ours is starting to get on the large side. Assuming of course, everyone stays.

I don't think there's a limit for how many coaches you can have in this league since owners are paying the staff not the league.

True. But the staff is going to be only as big as the operations budget allows. Either Payne's been given more resources or someone is going to be getting the boot.

Kinda surprised he's willing to come here after all the verbal abuse he's had to put up with after that shit he pulled against Jamaica.

kerr will probably be a reserve coach (u23 college).

If there is a budget increase its preparation for the real reserve team.

The assistants last season were Jimmy And Jason Bent, looks like they will go back to coaching and helping out with TFC Academy programs which
    they were involved with before.

He must really respect Payne. I'll give him credit for coming back here where there may still be some stick for him.

"Toronto would have to compensate United for Onstad’s move because he is under contract, one source said."

You'd hope the fans would finally let bygones be bygones with respect to Onstad. I think the 8-1 result fairly should wipe the Jamaica draw off the books....

Wonder if Brennan's days are numbered. As was said above, this is getting to be a large coaching staff.

Luke Wileman ‏@LukeWileman Details still being finalized but I understand Pat Onstad's role with Toronto FC will be as Chief Scout #MLS

In other words, TFC's confidence in Earl Cochrane... not so much
