I said it elsewhere, but the Molinaro article is his best ever.

Also kudos to de Vos and Forrest for not just sitting there and letting Anselmi get away with business as usual.

Best line: when Forrest dared to go after him about the club management structure, he said: "We'll take that under advisement". Anselmi's only job has been to hire people and design the structure at this club, and he needs to consider how to respond to a simple question about structure. After six years!

This guy will not last 10 minutes when the Leafs beat guys decide to take him down.

Agree, I was thinking the same thing. Peddie was much smoother in these sort of settings and did a good job of getting on the good side of many reporters. He speaks as if the team was once champions and is just going through a rough stretch. It really is incredible the position this man is in when you listen to him speak, if I heard the CEO or COO or my company speaking like Tom I wouldn't have much confidence in the company anymore.

Anselmi sounding like an idiot hasn't hurt him before.

By the way, yesterday's press conference pretty much proves that Anselmi is still in charge at TFC. Which most people were hoping would change with his promotion.

I agree. That has been missed among all the hype over the reduction.

All tickets light blue and up are still way over priced.

mornin D / all -- getting all in the TFC mindset for tomorrow, been on hiatus for what seems like forever...(long time no home match, missed last one out west on Thanksgiving)...

At least I ..uhh, I mean, someone looks like they've been productive in downtown Vancouver. Seen on Doolin's Pub:

Now to figure out what sort of 'protest' bag thing or whatever's going on tomorrow...and see you all at Joe's early. Hoping to have a good, intense either way, afternoon anyways.

    How does it not?

Until otherwise, that's the way it appears.

We have the exact same FO, except now Anselmi has a bigger title.

SJ's new stadium is going to have 18,000 capacity. $60 mil cost but all privately financed...
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”
