I second that. All the time and effort and marketing and planning and dollars that went into developing the 4-3-3 possession system was flushed away when Anselmi hit the PANIC button. And now he can't hit the PANIC button when he really needs to. Fuckin idiots.

I dont know if this team will be able to replace players and add quality at the same time. What I find funny is that Paul Mariner will have the final "say" on player signings and Cochrane will not be in the business of targeting/scouting players, but will be in charge of managing the cap. Which is basically saying no one is in charge of scouting players outside of the MLS Super Draft and the majority of players signing with the team will join through the MLS Super Draft for the league minimum or average draft player salary. So basically dont expect any big quality international signings outside of the MLS and expect alot of young new faces that will do as they are told or be traded.
