Canada U20 ladies brushed aside Argentina 6-0 at the Womens U20 WC in Japan.

Perhaps these are some of the names we'll be cheering on in 2015 :

Adriana Leon of Mississauga, Ont., netted a hat trick in the first half for the Canadians.

Shelina Zadorsky of London, Ont., Jaclyn Sawicki of Coquitlam, B.C., and Catherine Charron-Delage of Longueuil, Que., also scored for Canada.

Goalkeeper Sabrina D'Angelo of Welland, Ont., got the shutout for Canada, which is aiming to build on the success of the bronze medal performance by its senior team at the London Olympics.
games are televised live on CBC and rebroadcast on Sportsnet.

The Argentinians were down to 10 girls after a defender committed a foul and she was the last girl on defense. After that It was good to see the CWNT U20 be very physically and technically better than their opponents. They were the better team regardless of the red card. They were actually alot more entertaining to watch than TFC.

Girls to watch, Leon and the goalkeeper were good enough to be at least backups on the senior team.

judging by the highlights Leon is a good striker of the ball. Decent goals all three. Gets into good positions.

I know it's not as relevant, but the RSL/Tauro match at 10PM promises a lot of drama. Kreis' team have their backs against the wall and have to win. Promises to be some good football tonight.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

Santos' All-Time CCL home record: 16 wins, 0 draws, 1 loss (62 GF, 17 GA)…most home wins in CCL history
