Good for Dallas, good for the league
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”
-Eduardo Galeano
I watched the press conference. I'll just repeat what you said, good for Dallas and the league.
totally curious - why is this good for the league?
you know, it doesn't look that bad.

Yuck. Jersey sponsorships are definitely one of the worst things about this great sport. Takes the class out of the uniforms. I'm not picking on Dallas either because I'd rather not be reminded to do my banking every time TFC plays.
New sponsor? They've never had one.
This reminds me of something:
A couple of years ago, when referees wanted to make sure a wall was ten yards away, they'd use a spray can of paint to indicate where they should stand. Now, I'm Red-Green colourblind, but I seem to remember that the paint they used was yellow.
They don't use paint anymore, they appear to be using shaving cream.
Two years ago, Columbus shirt sponsor was Glidden Paint (and Columbus' shirt colour is...), and now it's Barbassol.
Coincidence?
