Defender Miguel Aceval and midfielders Luis Silva and Nick Soolsma all face Class C misdemeanor charges for public intoxication after the incident outside Club Escobar at 2:45 a.m., said Victor Senties of the Houston police.
Silva was arrested after a short foot chance, Senties said.

Interesting, nothing official from TFC yet. The arrests happened last night. Soolsma's picture is still on the TFC home page, RE that they've arrived in Houston. It's obvious that police will publicize the arrests and the news would get out. You would think they would try to get out ahead of the news. Perhaps they have to wait for the next MLSE board meeting before they can respond publicly.

Classic example of what's wrong with this team. A bunch of kids running around as if they own the place and the "veterans" leading by example and joining them.
Aside from that I had to laugh when I saw it. They might get benched as a repercussion, but seriously, they are kids, shit like this happens, even in europe. I love that people in Sun poll think they should be released.
Avila ran into Henry's shoulder during Saturday's game and took a shot to the eye area. That is most likely the reason.
Tom doesn't know shit so he'll probably take that poll result and act on it.

The timing of this just stinks. It really burns me that they are doing this kind of crap after a 3 week break and between a crowded fixture week. Explains the first half on Saturday though.

Absolutely. I worked with a guy who got charged with DWI in the states when he was in Highschool. 30 years later, (Shortly after 9-11) He was in Vancouver boarding a plane with his wife for a Hawaiian vacation. The Border guard asked him if he had ever been arrested. He replied no. The border guard then asked what about this incident? The guy I worked with said that was over 30 years ago. Border guard replied that well may be but you're not entering the U S.
The guy lost the trip and had to come back to Toronto.
