i get that to some degree, but it's not easy to reconcile ... reminds me of my brother, he's alcoholic, and has had numerous disasters in his life and every time we think he has hit rock bottom, we hope there is a chance he will realize it and go into rehab ... hasn't happened yet ... and i sometimes find myself hoping in a bizarre way that rock bottom comes soon so there is another chance for him ... surreal thinking

if we hope our team loses now so there is a possibility of change, this is the same thing ... but bear in mind, rock bottom could still be a long way off and the rehab is no guaranteed fix

last thought ... rock bottom has consequences that may not be imagined when you are hoping for it

It works... apparently this match is being aired "locally" in New York, because New Yorkers are blacked out from the ACC match on MLS Live. Not sure why they even have an ACC match listed, but they do.
