As always, thanks for this D. Unfortunately, I don't want to click on any of them today.

Over the last several games, the situation has deteriorated to the point that opposing players and coaches actually feel sypmathetic towards TFC after winning the match.

I noticed it too. I wouldn't be surprised if they stop celebrating goals against us soon.

Montagliani elected new president of CSA

Congrats to Montagliani. Interesting is that this was not who the MLS teams gave the nod to. It does seem that people in the football community think more of Montagliani's CV in football. So what did the MLS clubs have in mind???

Right now, the best part of this season is that it will, at some point, end...

There is a silver lining. We have the possibility to go 0-10.

Then next year's season tickets will be half price. Awesome.

Wow, the 'Supporter Action' thread got closed pretty fast. It was a really dumb idea but was it offensive enough to censure?

I wasn't part of the decision to close this particular thread, but it's seen as bad form for non-members with agendas to come to our board and tell us what to do as a group anonymously. Instead, they should come to one of our pub events and talk to the leadership. They are very approachable.

World Cup Qualifier Charity Tickets for Toronto Community Housing

    http://www.cansoc.org/content.php?21...munity-Housing

This year The Voyageurs have teamed up with the Youth Engagement arm of Toronto Community Housing to send kids to a World Cup Qualifier who would not normally get to go to a game.

Youth Engagement at TCH offers over 800 kids a year sports activities who can't afford to participate in other leagues. They are looking to set up a soccer program this summer.

I am not looking too happy. Given the events of the day, not surprising.

The only way prices will drop will be if people stop going. The place may not be packed but there's still people showing up game after game. The only time Mlse dropped ticket prices was with the raps. And that was when people stopped going.

And let's get real. For the number of games, season tickets are still super affordable. Show me another event like a game day in TO. Upper bowl jays game? Maybe. But its not the same. I'll give the FO some credit. If you look at the north end after the game it's still a party. There are still tons of casual fans that show up and could give a shit about the result. Sure a win would be nice but it's more about some beers and enjoying the sun.
