I agree with Winter. In MLS, a few key players can turn things around. Frings alone is worth 4-5 MLS plumbers.
If in a few weeks we have Frings + Cann + Williams, we may see our defensive worries put to bed. I certainly hope so.
Im going to post this for the 43rd time. .
My expectations as a SSH, as a tfc fan is simple.
SCORE IN EVERY HOME GAME, win lose or draw. .
. . . . still waiting. . . . .
NOTICE: Wager with STB: OVER 2 shots on goal in the First half wins a Pint at HT.

mornin d
this year more than ever a meaningless friendly is not a good idea
i would love to see the poolers here but maybe they could play someone else actually anyone else especially on turf
wow 2016 and things are looking up --- come on you reds lets go
^^^I would assume they will be trucking in grass for the Liverpool game. Most times they put it in the contract that it has to be on grass and that time of year they can get it. If anywhere this game should be at BMO. Chicago is playing Aston Villa on July 21st and they are doing it in Toyota Park for average ticket of $25-$45 so it seems front offices don't have to gouge fans for this kind of stuff and can keep to their stadium. Must be nice.
Aston Villa isn't on the same glamour level as Liverpool, otherwise that game is held at Soldier Field for big bucks.
As far as the Toronto vs Liverpool rumours are concerned, there are more important things for this club to worry about than some possible glorified exibition match.
TORONTO FC, 2017 MLS CHAMPIONS!!! (Still the greatest in league history!)
I know this was mentioned before when TFC posted it - usually as a way to prove the ticket prices were out of whack - but it now appears the Impact is going to groupon for sales as well - https://www.groupon.ca/deals/montrea...ntreal/4934401.
I think, much like the other avenues that TFC and other teams use, this is going to be a regular channel to acquire tickets from going forward. Something to consider whenever renewals come around and figuring out how much you value seasons/partials/etc...
