I am uncomfortable with the level of orgasming that is occurring right now considering from what I can tell, there are no females in this thread at the moment.

Also I much prefer a one-legged tie for a final at a pre-determined stadium like the UEFA Champion's League, but I guess it'd be difficult as some fans over here are a little less likely to travel to a neutral stadium for the game.
Yep. Next week would be off, following two weeks would be both legs. Tue-Thu could be the dates, probably Wednesdays tho.

I think everyone would prefer the one leg, but because of your point and the infancy of the competition, the distances between us all, it's not quite ready for that yet.

Reading some of these posts and watching the clip of chaos at the stadium, I am more than a bit concerned for our lads. It is not helping that I just watched "The Two Escobars".

... that and most folks should be at work right now. I feel bad for the janitorial staff later tonight.

different teams and the stakes perhaps not as high:

This would certainly be a worst case scenario.

Oh and Cuauhtemoc was real douche in that video.

Blanco was a real douche period. Before, during and well after that video. In life in general I would say.

Hey, even if we do go out tonight, look on the bright side. At least we don't have to live in Torreon.

    Torreon is the new Columbus?

I don't mind losing tonight as long as TFC puts in their best effort. No shame in getting beat by a better team, let's just hope it doesn't get too ugly.

Wishful prediction: 2-2, Soolsma and Johnson.

This would be very scary should something similar to this happen today should we win. Its so crazy what happens sometimes in regards to the audience in football.

I have a feeling that a new TFC hero will emerge today and we will speak of tonight with the same reverence that we did with the Montreal game. Either that or that feeling is a craving for some dirty bird for dinner while I watch the game. Either way it's a win-win!

    Come on you Reds!

If we make it to the finals would they jack up the price on tickets? im dreading the thought of how much they would charge for tickets considering its our first time and such.

only just over 18,00 for semis. they would be gambling if they jack up the prices for the final. but let's worry about this after this game

For those who it pertains to....Seattle and LA fans were doing lots of talking after the first legs were done of the quarterfinals and look how it turned out for those two teams. I am not real superstitious but holy hell...as some have said...let's get this game done before any of that talk.

Can't help but feel proud to be a TFC fan today win or lose. The road that we have taken to get to this point is a memorable one that I will never forget as a fan. Hopefully this is a feeling that we will experience several times throughout our club's history. The players need to go out there and play with pride, honour the badge. A TFC win tonight would be more than I could have ever hoped for Canadian Soccer.

You have made us proud boys! Tonight you will make us more proud!

Couldn't be more proud of the boys. Forget about the regular season problems and just go and play your hearts out. I believe, but whatever the result I'm just buzzing with excitement. COME ON YOU REDS

    I predict 7-1 Santos
