    Woah...
We're the last MLS team. That just dawned on me...this is an amazing feeling Toronto FC is the representative of MLS and Canada for this tournament, going up against two very tough Mexican sides (possibly 3).

Imagine if we played PUMAS in the finals?

Great win!! Fantastic save by Milos on Keane!!

Should be interesting! We're home from the 24-31, so no travel between the first leg and the second. Should make for an interesting match in Montreal, especially since it's at 12.

It is going to interesting to see how the Mainstream media in Toronto will act now. Finally we have a Toronto sports team that is actually doing something positive. It will be interesting

HELL NO! he only made 1 good tackle all game, the rest of the time he passed sideways or backwards. And when he was forced to kick the ball forwards he would always give it away to the la players. Maund was just as bad as Harden, logan emory should start getting some playing time because atleast he is comfortable with the ball and doesnt give away the ball.

Would winning the CONCACAF Champions League be on par with any other championship (Stanley Cup, for example?)

I picture the city going crazy, wondering if the CCL would do it? What do you guys think?

Super stoked on the win! We put chances home when it counted and held on. Some obvious blunders but we fought harder in the end and we deserved it.

Lol more than half the city would say "wtf is ccl?" or "who cares about tfc". Thats what i hate about North America, the best sport in the world gets little attention here.

the replay is on GolTV right now
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.

I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’

And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”

Dude every single game night as I walk through the city after wards people ask me did TFC win, I get stopped and people ask me stuff... If you move through the downtown core even the day after game day you see as much TFC as you do leafs and raptors.

Toronto has a decent knowledge of it, not everyone but it's building and will keep doing so.

No winning it all would not come close to a stanley cup win in terms of celebrations in Toronto I mean this is Canada where hockey is king and remember soccer still plays second fiddle to all the other sports in the mainstream media, however, I think there would still be a nice celebration in Toronto if we did the incredible and won the whole damn thing it would definately get an incredible amount of attention by the general public and the mainstream media but to get the same type of celebration like a Toronto stanley cup win unfortunately not but it would still be a memorable celebration that the general public would talk about it and notice.

Solsma is my man of the match....

Never mind his goal, every cross he provided was deadly. He was spot on all game and started almost all of TFC's drives on goal...

Milos, Aston and Ryan still get my props!!!!!

When you leave the downtown core (im only a 30min drive away from downtown), no one really knows tfc and dont give a sht. only a handful of people at my school watch tfc games, but its good to know theres a lot of tfc fans in downtown.

MOTM without a doubt has to be Frings. Solid in defense all game, helped transition the attack when he moved up when the score was 1-1.

Soolsma and Johnson were responsible for both goals. I thought both were very good and very dangerous.
