All I need is a ticket for this game.
well im sure you can still grab 1 on the TFC website......im sure they still have a few thousand tickets available, the Vancouver game on Canada Day was 1,000 short of a sell out. But after tonights game and now that TFC have to win this final match, these ticekts might start to sell like hot cakes.....buy them now if you want to be at the match!
We have to win this game.
The thought of watching Montreal hoist a trophy at the fortress is making me throw up in my mouth.
We have to win this game.
“What the world needs is more geniuses with humility; there are so few of us left.”
This is the kind of game you tell your kids about.
I so wish I was back! I WILL be watching this game though!
Montreal supporters will be there.
Their local sports radio station is publicizing the away trip on behalf of the supporters.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
Good, I can't wait for those 'ultras' to try shit here.
ya know, it's kinda good that TFC just have to win on July 22.
If the July 22 game didn't matter, or if there were multiple permutations that could take TFC through, maybe the team wouldn't be focused. At least now, there's no goddamn goal differential calculations or head-to-head or coin flips.
Just win 1-0 and yer in.. just shove Montreal's ugly faces into the field turf and bring on Real Esteli!
Hahaha, make the soccer moms cry with fear...
LOL, that'll be funny to see/hear. Does anyone remember the shitty Whitecaps chants that were heard yesterday?
Isn't it kind of weird how Montreal beat Vancouver, Vancouver beat us, and we beat Montreal? It's like a big circle.
It looks like it will be on CBC Bold as well...
http://www.cbc.ca/sports/torontofc-schedule.html
Bold is showing it live and the main CBC is showing it on delay at midnight, also in with be on CBC.ca
Remember The Man, The Legend, The Goal 5-12-07 and All That #9 Left On The Pitch, Thanks For The Memories !!!
Ill be at the game so TV rights wont matter but still.
If CBC really has any intention of helping the sport grow they need to put this game on the main network. Otherwise, they should just continue with their showjumping and re-runs of Coronation Street and leave this tournament to GolTV. I thought they did a marvelous job on the broadcast last night. I actually liked that the play by play guys were the Whitecaps local crew (they had to have been). They knew all the players on the team and and it really helped to get to know their team. They didnt seem to know who was touching the ball half the time Toronto had it; Which is fine because everyone is pretty recognizable at this point. They did seem to know the Whitecaps more and get noticably more excited for any Caps chance.

I fully intend on being at BMO to see the game live, but I feel it should be aired live on television and not tape delayed.
Wait. The game is airing live on TLN?
as i mentioned in another thread, i am so excited that the tournament went to the last day. Not the ideal situation for a tfc fan but ideal for someone who wants the game to grow.
........we can win and bring the cup back to canada....eh Domin8R.....
