    Default Ticket Manager Credits

    Did anyone else have their ticket manager balance reduced to 0 recently?

    I recieved an e-mail that said it was being refunded to my credit card on file, which is curious as when I check my card info I actually don't have one on file anymore.

    Then when I check the transaction history it has a negative amount listed as "ticket purchases" which is interesting seeing as I haven't bought any tickets recently, unless they're assuming I'm spending it on the CCL game they haven't released tickets for yet.

    strange............

    When my friends and I relocated this year, they owed us money back.

    We got an email saying the money had been refunded, BUT they actually ended up CHARGING us that money.

    I would get in touch with them to see what happened.

    Funny thing, they wouldn't believe my friend at first that they charged him instead of refunding him, even though he had a statement in hand.

    Double whammy? They still haven't refunded the original amount NOR the second charge!

    ^^ Has your friend been annoying the hell out of them on a daily basis? That's what I would do and it usually works.
