BMO Field

thats right...i could give to F's if we sitting at center pitch...like DCUNITED because of Tv FOOTAGE! what a joke!
Southend will create the biggest atmosphere...and the sound will be amazing under that roof....it was great when i was there in the summer for united...and i can only amagine what it will sound with a 1000 hardcore TFC supporters in it
and im sure thats why the Groups decided on it!
If Rogers Centre gets brand new turf this winter (which has been rumored), they'd be better off playing on the new plastic than a temp grass pitch...
Temp grass pitches can be a disaster - at least with new plastic, you know exactly what you're going to get, and just hope someone doesn't get hurt...
"...Money wasn't tight, but it like, it wasn't right..."
That's the RSN article. You replied to someone quoting the CSN article, asking where it said it was on FieldTurf.
It says clearly in the CSN article in the post you replied to, that it's on FieldTurf. The CSN article has other sources than the RSN article, given the CSN gives detailed pricing, and the TSN article doesn't mention pricing.

At Rogers, eh? In a word, a big fuckin "booo" to that.
John Molinaro has also reported that the match will be on FieldTurf.
Just voted BMO. For all it's worth.

Rogers Centre game on field turf not natural grass. Ticket info to be unveiled 1st week of Jan. Club to make formal announcement later today
so which side will the supporters be located on?
the other end is closer..but capacity is alot lower......the picture is very decieving....its not a bad view at all... as for the side seats they are still a distance from the pitch...and the elevation of the seats are very low...its not the greatest view when the play in the other end
No he doesn't. Rogers has 0% ownership of MLSE currently. Deal doesn't close for months ... if it goes through.
Though his source wouldn't be corporate anyway ... it would be through his contacts ... but Molinaro seems to jump gun about announcing stuff that doesn't actually happen. Will TFC really announce this officially this week? Let's see ... I'd say at least 20% chance Molinaro is wrong on this, based on past performance.

Uh-huh. I'll take any odds you're offering.
That's why he and Cox, for starters, both are saying the new set-up won't impact their writing, because it is an "if" it goes through.

as long as yer above the 10th row or so on the sides, the elevation is fine. I saw Celtic-Roma there and sat in row 10 right at centre field. The only problem was a trainer stood on the sideline leaning up against the ad boards, which was annoying. people yelled at him to kneel down. hahah.
But I think for this game I'm gonna try to get 200-level seats on the side. That will be a nice view of the whole field.

“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”
-Eduardo Galeano
I was in the United Supporters end for that match - the view was actually pretty good.
