Winter suggests further changes for TFC in offseason
After that game, the work for next season can begin. “Then you’ve got plenty of time to be focused and to get your roster and all those things [in place] for next season when we’re going to start in January,” Winter said. “For next season, I’ve got all the plans ready in my head, together with Bob [de Klerk, first assistant coach]. We’re going to work on it next week.”
Morning D.
Like the preparedness of Winter and Co. to have proper plan and aim to execute. There is no off season for the management.

wow 2016 and things are looking up --- come on you reds lets go
Yeah, this is going to be the first full preseason for Winter after a year of getting familiar with MLS. I expect quality players brought at every position we need. The transition year is over, no excuses from here on out.
from the sun article
Hopefully pre game as well. It'd be nice if at least once there were plenty of people in the seats for the player intros and anthems etc. they actually deserve it now.At full-time Saturday, no matter the result, nothing short of a standing ovation is acceptable.
It’s only appropriate Winter and the club do the same for those that have stuck with the club.
a new girl just started in my office, who looks a LOT liek todays sunshine girl.

That last article was interesting. Looks like Winter already has his plan for 2012. I'm sure we'll start to see it in November when we'll see some players released, protection list for the expansion draft, etc. Plan seems to be to have the whole team in place for January. Looking forward to what's coming.
