Put me on the list of those interested in compilation!
Also, can we all agree to call it the St. Lawrence Derby instead of the 401 Derby? Sounds so much classier...

I heard recently of a musician who requested people to send him their Canadian Tire money, which he then used to pay for the recording studio time he needed. He raised over $7,000 this way, and met his goal.

Are there costs you have to bear associated with a compilation? If so, this sort of idea might help.

When I priced out a compilation last year it wasn't out of reach, cost wise. If I were to do it again there would be the added expense of another year worth of comic strips so, I'm not sure what that would work out to.

Right now I'm looking into some possibilities but I have some time given that I wouldn't put anything until this season is over. Then that would be three years worth of stuff.

But thanks for that suggestion. It's a pretty ingenious approach!

Arguably though, his biggest weakness over his career has been his tendency to miss the easier chances. As an instinctive finisher, Earnshaw is excellent, but when he has time to consider a finish, or a relatively simple chance, he can be wasteful in front of goal.
Wow does this sound a lot like a former TFC striker people love to hate....

Too Early To Quit on TFC 2013

Thoughts on why on today of all days it`s time to focus on the possible for Toronto FC's season ahead and not on the negatives.

TFC Win 2013 Home Opener - Video Blog

    http://viewfromthesouthstands.com/20...3-home-opener/

In this post game video blog episode I take a look back a memorable day at Rogers Centre that saw the Reds open their home accounts for 2013 with a 2-1 win over Sporting KC, and I ask if the last five minutes of the game were some of the more important minutes in recent TFC history.

Talking Points for Toronto FC: Debutants, Left-Wingers and a Win At Long Last!

Ryan Nelsen's first win as a head coach couldn't have come at a better time. Toronto FC was desperate to find some semblance of improvement and a win against Kansas City will do wonders for confidence on and off the field. There is still work to be done, however, as SKC had Toronto FC by the ropes for much of the second half. Toronto, attempting to spring the counter-attack and utilize Earnshaw's speed, failed to find a defence-splitting pass. Read more here...

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: Toronto FC 2-1 Sporting Kansas City

Robert Earnshaw, Hogan Ephraim, Darel Russell, Taylor Morgan, John Bostock, Richard Eckersley and Darren O’Dea – could this outfit be any more British? The quality of the team has certainly risen with the influx of British talent, and Toronto FC showed that they were capable in defending and attacking with traditional English flair. Looks like some of these loan deals have the potential to become full signings, too. Read more here...

Canadian Clubs Dominate MLS Week Two

Toronto FC, the Vancouver Whitecaps and the Montreal Impact each picked up valuable wins over tough foes on Saturday, earning three points a piece and, if moving up their respective conference tables. At the start of the day, the Whitecaps and the Impact held the top spot in the Western and Eastern Conferences, with Toronto FC holding the final “playoff” spot in the east. Though it’s only two games into the season, the trio of Canadian outfits will be pleased with their season openers. Read More Here...

Bring 'Em On! MLS Rivalry Week a Welcome Addition

Toronto FC vs. the Montreal Impact is the soccer equivalent of the Toronto Maple Leafs' traditional rivalry with the Montreal Canadiens. However, this isn't a rivalry born of hockey, either. There is a history of competition within the soccer circles between the two cities. Going back to 1971 through 1973, in the days of the NASL, the Toronto Blizzard and the Montreal Olympique already had an established rivalry. In nine games, the two sides remained very much equal, Toronto edging Montreal by a pair of wins. Toronto's largest win - a 5-1 thrashing at home - marked the tipping point of the derby.
