Johnson placed the ball into the back of the net with a perfect header, but Plata’s masterstroke was wonderful to watch. Much like Mesut Ozil for Real Madrid, the quality of each assist is superb from Joao Plata.

Jimmy Stone: “Julian De Guzman’s third goal was the killer blow for Columbus Crew. It came at a time when The Crew were playing some of their best stuff and even looked like they might scrape an equalizer. For a team that have surrendered so many leads this season Toronto showed great character at 2-1 and then 3-2 to not only hold on but to push on and score again.”
