a rough 21 for sure
Thanks Denime!
I had a chance to talk to Plata, I'll be writing an article later today for RNO, about Plata's intentions for next year regarding his loan, and Winter's perspective as well.
Ty Harden wins an award with every bit of help from the MLSE?
WTF, is he also the only candidate for TFC Mormon of the year?
Santos Is Happy Playing Amongst Friends:

“It’s good to play with a midfield that understands how to play football,” he said. “When they have the first touch, they know where they are going to put it and where they are going to move, so it’s very easy.”
Santos also provided the initial pass to Marvin Chávez that set up Brek Shea’s team-leading 10th goal of the year, and Hyndman continued to praise his summer transfer-window acquisition.
“I think Maicon is a very intelligent player,” he said. “I think he’s going to be very good for our team. He’s the one piece that we’ve been missing.”
If that is what Maicon said, it's on him. Even if it's true, even if he is right- you shouldn't say things like that, just not good. At least not in that way.

It's the weekly round up - a good chunk is on TFC's big win this weekend with Frings at the back and how we might see him there more than some would probably like. Some strong words for the 'caps as they've essentially s.hit the bed this season and moved on with rennie coming in next year, and some insight into Marsch as well.
PAUL JAMES ON SOCCER PODCAST: EPISODE 21
Why is Santos gone? Failure to perform. Plain and simple. I wish him success in Dallas, but he is ultimately a role player that provides depth to a club.
mornin d
wow 2016 and things are looking up --- come on you reds lets go
I still completely believe the only reason we got him was that Mo Johnston thought fans would think he's the real Maicon, he of actual quality. It was after all, just after the 2010 World Cup that we got him. Either that or Mo himself thought he was.
I liked Santos when he was in Toronto, but really? Rather than making snide remarks, he should be thankful to an organization that gave him a legitimate opportunity to excel and revitalized what was a pathetic career prior to landing with TFC. I wonder what his thoughts were regarding the other eight clubs he has played for since 2004.
Well hopefully he plays the way he did with TFC against us in CCL. Lazy and selfish.
Summary of our group in CCL.

Loved what Winter had to say about Plata's goal on the weekend....No chance that goes in if Santos was on the pitch...Marosevic's running into the 6 yard box distracted the keeper enough for the shot to go in...If Santos was playing he would have been standing on the penalty spot SCREAMING for Plata to pass him the ball....and still complaining even after the goal went in....
ssg = woof
