Is it just TFC that has put a ban on streamers....or is it league wide??
As it was TFC supporters who made streamers famous in this league.....many teams in MLS continue to throw streamers after goal celebration and the odd one towards the corners...

There was definitely pressure on the fans to stop.

Grandma in 107 throws them every game. No one has ever stopped Grandma.
It was after Ljungberg got the Gatorade/Powerade thrown at his head, they banned throwing anything on the pitch.
^^ then Seattle fans, in retalliation, hacked the server and redirected the forum to furry porn...therefore the use of streamers will lead the league to furry porn.
TFC. It was communicated to us that streamers are no longer to be thrown anytime after the smoke/flare episode.
How do gatorade bottles and flares relate to streamers?
Is that like taking away the favorite toy when the kids are bad?

Well we rolled over for the FO, Now we have to deal with it.
It would be cool if we could get grandma on our side, and get her kicked out on purpose. Not a protest...just some good tongue in cheek fun. With a few RPB chaperones at her side, take her right into the arms of reporter outside the gates to tell her story of how she got kicked out for throwing a streamer.

I remember the first streamer crackdown was because some Columbus fan made rasict comments on camera.
Careful with the swearing or they may ban open-toed footwear.
If it was MLS that didn't want the streamers, can we throw them for CCL games? How about CMNT games?
If we can't throw them on the field, can we throw them from the top row of the stands? That would look cool being done after every goal, actually.

CMNT is another story that I can't comment on, but no more streamers, in the air away from goal, at the pitch, no where in the stands according to official policy from earlier this year. If it ever is changed myself, Boris and / or the club should post it.
how about a coordinated pre kickoff streamer shower (like portland had against us)
No streamers allowed.
There is no gray on this, its a prohibited item as of earlier this year.
