Ya, let's just hope it was mild and he won't be affected too long.

So that means Tebily, Dunivant, Brennan and Dichio are all ruled out

Dude ... I'm sure they know how serious this game is. Carver SAT 3/4's of the team against Pachuca. It's unfortunate, but I'm sure Dichio would be playing if he could. Concussions are bad enough as it is ... Add the pressure of the altitude when flying to the mix and I'm sure it won't help Dichio get any better on the way over to Vancouver.

(Personally - My head sometimes kills when coming down for landing. I can just imagine how much worse it would be if I was in the same boat as Dichio and flying.)

    Dickov? Like right now?

What an embarrassment for our team's website to call the game a friendly.

    Exactly!

I would assume that the team itself (players, coaches, managers) are taking it seriously, but the homepage referring to the game as a friendly is bad optics.

oh boy, this aint good. For a game as important as this, we need all the souls we can get. At least we have some good defensive backup. Offensive on the other hand.....

At the Van. game he took a hard ball to the head and he was rubing the top of his head, like he was relly hurt, on and off for about 2-3 minutes. I wonder if that did it? I remember watching him and I thought that he looked like he was wincing in pain alot.

Are you talking when he blocked the shot with his head in the southend? He looked pretty shaken up after that.

Yes, this is true.....the mountain is way worse off, trust me.....I just spoke to him, he has a very minor concussion.....aka a severly fractured skull to a mere mortal.

~sniff sniff~ We no longer have the beautiful Canadian Rockies. On another note, the Vancouver Olympics Organization Committee has released a statement that there will no longer be any ski competitions at 2010 as Whistler no longer exists.

The only thing that could have given Danny Dichio a concussion, is another Danny Dichio.

If they're both concussed from the impact, then neither can play, simple as that.

In reality, he doesnt remember getting it, which probably explains his poor show in the first half.
