Default Who starts his backup inexperienced keeper in an imporatant game?

Seriously, this is not on Kocic, this is on winter. Great game by our boys, I am impressed. BUT Winter fucked up big time by starting a inexperienced keeper in one of only two meanigfull games we may have this season.

I think this is a grave error. One which has to bring into question his decision making.

Frei was hurt. He had faith in Kocic. He's done well in the past.

^ If Frei was hurt, then that is very different. I missed that.

    This.

With Frei being hurt and playing a vastly inferior team at home, you can play Kocic in this position.

    Poor luck, nothing more.

I do not feel threatened by this team as much as many people around here seem to be.

Question answered, let's keep game comments to the post-match thread, rather than starting new threads.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto

^ I missed that Frei was hurt. So there goes a big part of my argument.

But it is not about the team as much as the importance of the game, if Frei could play I would have played him and rested him in an MLS game. [But still if Frei was hurt I would not be as critical].
