Trivia: Who currently on the roster has been with TFC the longest?
Loving these trades. in the end we get 2 players who are good enough to play for their respective countries for 3 bench players with money in the end. Mariner working his magic.

Am I the only one that sees American's leaving/on the way out and non-Americans on the way in/coming in??
As I said earlier in the season, the players that TFC release will be just as intriguing as who they bring in.
Peterson = no brainer
Gordon = unfortunate, but necessary as he is always injured.
Nana = I hope we don't regret it down the road.

Want to thank all those who supported us in TO.met some good ppl.the city and fans deserve a winning team.I wish them all the best #TFC
no clue but id imagine close to Petersons current salary, i seem to remember him making around that last year
The only significant long term loss will be Nana, but it appeared that he wasn't going to sign a contract extension. Rather than letting Nana walk for nothing as a free agent, at least Mariner was proactive in packaging Nana with the oft injured Gordon and Peterson to acquire Ryan Johnson (who can play as a starting winger and as a backup CF), along with a coveted international slot which will likely be used to secure a talented CB. Dunfield didn't cost any significant assets, and he will provide considerable depth in the midfield.
Overall, I like the moves thus far, and I'm anxious to see how the rest of the dominoes fall.
