TFC will be in the game for the first ___ minutes. How many? Then there'll be that 'click' and Houston will adjust. Will TFC also adjust?
Maybe this time TFC will get a lucky bounce, a call will go their way or instead of hitting the post they'll score the first goal and make a game of it.
Most players on this team should be playing for their jobs next year - and the coaches, too. Unfortunately all those decisions seem to have been made - the coaches are staying and many players will be shipped out as soon as their contracts allow. It doesn't really have to be that way but it seems like it is.
Putting aside everything else going on right now...have we ever had an evening road game in July or August where we didn't look horrible? Our overall record in these games must be something like 1-18-3.
I see it as 1-0 TFC. A run like that has to end someday.

My guess is that Gordon comes in at half time. It seems like there has been 2 games a week for weeks. Love all the action but even fans see the need for a break. I hope they go for it tonight. Martina is due after one called back and a couple of posts.

Game time temperature 30 degrees, feels like 39 with the humidex. Not fun.
I'm expecting a loss, probably at least a couple of free-kick goals for Houston. Actually I would be really disappointed if TFC didn't lose....

Houston is in the playoff hunt, they are going to have their eyes firmly on taking points.
Given the embarrassment in NY, TFC will have a chip on their shoulder and bunker down and show better defensive commitment.
TFC has an opportunity for a draw. But I think Houston may sneak one in. 1-0 is my call.
