wow.. really shows how bad Vancouver is..
wow.. really shows how bad Vancouver is..
well then
But honestly it was expected with almost all of our best players and defensive line out injured, we all knew that we were going to get beaten
We're playing our B team against one of the best teams in the league
From 0-0 to 2-0 in 4 minutes. Ouch.
At least I get to watch the Whitecaps game after.
so, will they do better or worse than 5-0?
Danleigh Borman takes a vacation ... what else is new.
and there goes any confidence we gained last week.
Sutton is in net, he is garbage, get some real shots on the goal and we can be back in it. Too bad our team shows how far off they are from being competitive. I think Martina is proving he isnt an MLS player of quality.
I once made a post about Martina = Ricketts v2.0 which set off a fire storm.
I contract that statement ... Martina is much worse than Ricketts.
whose wearing the armband?
we got lucky there...
would've been done
Twellman looks pretty smart thus far, he's pretty much called this game to a T.
It's scary though that a former player and commentator can see through the tactical gaps this team has so easily but management seems helpless to close them.
Not sure about that.
He watched the ball pass his feet on first and let a defender gain 10 yards towards our box without as much as a step towards him.
But like others have posted...not his fault alone.
Mental lapses....gotta eliminate them.
I'm more concerned with how they're going to answer offensively in the 2nd half.
An early goal for and we're back in it
Sorry but to me the blame goes no further than our midfield. Yourass, Tchani and to a lesser extent Sturgis are F/cking walking when the ball is in the defensive third.
How can a NY player saunter through our midfield and lay a ball in for Rodgers for the second goal.
For what it's worth, you will not see that happen when Frings and JDG are playing. Will not
Anyone watching Copa @ half-time? Huge miss by columbia on an open net!
I called for 2-1, so we've still got a goal in us.
