Youassowsky and Plata do not work together well at all.
JDG looks on the bench like he knows his time is up and he will be out of a club soon.
JDG had his chance to be the hometown hero and blew it. Time to move on. Hopefully some kind of early exit can be negotiated so he has a better chance at fixing himself with a new club at the time of year when most European clubs are very much in the market for players who are on a Bosman free transfer. Wish I could comment about the game but this stream although better than nothing is painful to try to follow. Ten minutes to go, hopefully, they can hang in there. Three points a must to keep faint playoff hopes almost realistic rather than bordering on the delusional.

Decent 2nd half. I thought Plata was a spark plug today. Back to the form we saw him in his first few games.
Oddly enough the defense was pretty good today. Borman and Gargan both defended the wings pretty well. And Eckersley and Harden did enough to keep Vancouver away.
Soolsma - it's hard not to like this guy. Just looks like a very likable person you genuinely wants to win.

Vancouver had the better of possession, but I thought TFC created more quality scoring chances, which was a pleasant surprise considering the makeshift lineup that Winter deployed. It was an uneventful match, but TFC deserved the victory nonetheless.
I hope the confidence gained from tonight's long awaited result will carry over to the NCC Final.
Very proud of the win today. It wasn't pretty but it was a win. That's all that counts.

Yeap. Not sure why you wouldn't bring on your DP DM for the last minutes in the game to help you defend. If he's THAT injured I'm not sure he would be on the bench.
^ I personally think Winter has no respect for JDG and I dont blame him JDG too often just isnt there as a player.
JDG, whatever he was with Deportivo or Canada, is just not that player any more. It's really sad.

I kind of think Cochrane made a good move with Sturgis. He certainly provides good value for money at the DM position and hasn't been bad at all in the apps he's made.
