Winter needs to get the team out there to practice passing and first touches during this break. Especially Tchani.

Wow. So Arron Winter is so big that he can just essentially tell the reporter to fuck off?

Whatever the circumstances turn out to be, Winter comes across looking like a flat out punk in that exchange.

Teitur's head might explode if the refs call this.

Hypothetical question: A player gets red carded however game is cancelled due to weather. Is he eligible for the replay?

For once, I feel bad for the refs and the CSA. If they call it off, Vancouver will bitch. If they don't, Toronto will bitch. It's a LOSE-LOSE now.

Because its raining hard enough to flood our pitch and he didn't want to be interviewed in a monsoon? I think you are being a little too critical here friend.

Toronto FC have the best fans in the League. There's a solid 1000 still there despite the rapture turning up 4 days late.

More in BMO Field right now than at Empire Field for the first leg

    Good question LOL

We're assuming that, for example, Dicoy Williams was red carded and the game was replayed. Perhaps Williams will be suspended but 11 players are still allowed.

Now, does the score reset to 0-0?

With him concerned for his players, I think he may have felt it hypocritical to be out and giving a lovely little interview.. so, he walked off to remain consistent.

Bit harsh to be slinging names at him for that, I think.

kinda glad I didnt hang around for this now. I left when the water soaked through my shoes. I've already suffered through enough rain this season.

They should have a contingency plan for things like this. If they don't...well it's their own fault.

For torrential rain and thunderstorms? They should call the game and replay the remaining time tomorrow.

Did anybody catch what exactly Winter said to the reporter as he turned his back on him and walked away?

CSA yes, Refs no. Well, this would be TFC's benefit.

3 more minutes of play and that game would have been legal. That first half was terrible. The team has no heart, no real direction (i.e. just at the middle midfield players) and is toothless in attack. Vancouver is a better team.

You talk as if he waited for all of his players to be safe and indoors (and presumably tucked into bed with some warm milk) before he ran away. He went in long before the rest of the players did. The players on the pitch still didnt even know what was going on when they saw their manager running into the tunnel.

If he isnt a punk then he is a pussy because he ran off while the players, refs, media, support staff and his counterpart waited around to try and figure out what the fuck was going on.

He is trying to get this game replayed and he thought that by being a sneaky little weasel and running away from the pitch, and the media, he has a chance to get away with it.

Give it time friend. It took Ferguson 6 years to win his first trophy at Manchester United. I think he's work out since
