    ^^Why?
He performed there so far. Never did here.
Also, remember, Seattle fans didn't have much expectations for the guy, while here, he was heralded as our goal scoring savior and never even came close to that.

Not weird. They got him for allocation money, and he's scored a couple of nice goals for them.

To repeat what others have said, nothing weird about the fan reaction. Matter of fact, I'll echo it as well. You were doing well at Seattle and hope you recover quickly.

I don't wish him ill will. I just didn't think he was good enough for the MLS level. He frustrated me to no end with his IQ and ball distribution (or lack-there-of)

But it's nice to see a guy do well after suffering the injury that he did.

Maybe their fans aren't quite so negative as our fans.

Yeah it seems expected reactions coming from both cities. Seattle didn't waste a pick on him or put as much faith in him for the future. We expected and needed him to perform as he has for Seattle, for us. Consistently. That didn't happen. I don't wish him harm but I am glad we don't have him to worry about Sat.

I've seen 2 Seattle games where White missed 5-6 sitters, much like he did here...one of his goals was a tap-in but he did score a nicer header...all things considered there's no way Winter would have room for him here, his ball control and passing are still abysmal...

He did the same thing last year, scored in the seattle game and chicago games early on, where was he the rest of the season?

The hype that surrounded this player and the ultimate realization of his low skill level mirrors everything that was wrong with the club under Mo. White is one of those athletes that peaks in college. Not his fault he couldn't live up to the hype we created here.

He was always a project given that he had major reconstructive surgery before his senior year. Had we ended up with the player he was before his injury we might still be in Red today. An unwise gamble that never paid off for TFC.

Obviously wish him a speedy recovery as long as it doesn't affect anything with the Reds. He is a talented player who wasn't able to perform in our system (or lack their of) and it is unfortunate that he couldn't have found his stride for his home town team.
