That should've been 2-0. Wow. Whether they're used to one another or not, this is piss poor, especially seeing as we've been a man up for half hour now.

I would agree with this assessment from what I've seen from Martina so far. He's fast, good on the ball and had 1 good cross into the box this game. He's not getting much support though.

of all the Euro trialists and academy kids and draft picks, Martina is the only one that really impresses me. The others might be OK, but Martina stands out as someone that I think can succeed in MLS and maybe be above average.

He's got very good ball skills, can put in a decent cross, and he's very fast.

one thing to note, Aron and Bob stress that you must switch from right to left or left to right if you run into a "wall" or "dead end".....

In this game, if you notice, TFC is slow to switch the sides, and they usually do it by passing the ball back to a defender or someone behind the play.

a quicker switch is by directly passing the ball over the middle and into the left or right side....but this requires top level skill

Ornoch is pretty good so far.

He seems to have some good football sense. If you watch, he's one of the only ones in the midfield trying to move into open spots and give the man on the ball some options. He's got good physical attributes too.

Although we haven't scored and are obviously struggling, I am cautiously optimistic. Once players get to know each other and the system better I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
