Warning though. A little scary.
Not TFC, but interesting anyways. Vancouver signs a DP.

Marginally about TFC:

heh, that SSG is a stripper. i've seen her before.

EDIT: Holy, shit's getting real, from the Blair article: "In June, Canada’s ninth-ranked women’s team will open the 2011 World Cup against Germany at the sold-out, 74,228-seat Olympiastadion in Berlin." Talk about a high-profile stressful start for Canada! That will be a real test.
Also interesting in that article, the perspectives on marketing & sponsorship WRT. soccer in Canada, and especially what it could be.

I would expect to see a semblence of the starting lineup play in Charleston. Hopefully, TFC can earn good results in the tournament and build some confidence going into the regular season.
The current state of the roster does not inspire optimism, but I'm assuming that Winter and Mariner will sign a few more players following the tournament and that they will be relying more on youth from the Academy and the MLS Drafts to augment the roster.
i have this feeling that Vancouver is going to have a lot more points in the table then us this year......

Surprised that Zavarise hasn't been signed yet. He's played remarkably well.
I'm pretty sure Cann isn't in Carolina.
