    Default Atdhe.net is dead?

Live (illegal) soccer-streaming site atdhe.net appears down and it could be for good.

I just wish they would stop geo-blocking the TFC games on the official MLS streams. I wouldn't mind paying a bit for a reliable, high-quality stream. I don't have cable TV, so I can't get Gol or Sportsnet etc -- and the CRTC UBB ruling makes me want to get cable & give more money to the big guys even less than before.

Is there a legal way to stream where you would pay by the game? I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks to watch games legally. I go to the illegal sites because I don't know any alternatives.

I tried all afternoon to log on to channelsurfing but kept getting that annoying error message. Sounds like it was a wild game. Guess I'll have to go watch the highlights on yet another illegal site, 101greatgoals.com

justin.tv is great. even if a feed goes down, people usually discuss another open link in the chat

I find there is waaaay too much spam on justin.tv. You can get lucky and find a good stream, but most of the time you'll be jerked around for half an hour before you find a choppy stream out of Russia or something. atdhe was reliable most of the time, though recently most of their streams required you to download virus-friendly software, which is a big no-no if you're going to be watching from work.

i agree with you. what i usually do is keep one working channel open while trolling justin.tv for other working channels. any that work, i keep open on mute. when one goes down, i have another already up. it works well for me during WWE and UFC events.

seriously, if derby offered live streaming on their games, like huddersfield town apparently does (seriously?!? league one does, but a championship team doesn't? ugh), i'd be buy it for sure.

That's a bummer, ATDHE is one of my favorites.
I've tried myp2p.eu but can't figure out how to use it.

They link to videos just like atdhe.net does, but the quality feeds you usually need a 3rd party program like veetle or sopcast.

I prefer sopcast, for comparison of quality, the average justin.tv or other stream feed that atdhe would post would have about 300-500kpbs.

The carriers make billions, their CEOs make millions and I bet they are losing nickels on places like adthe.net
