    Default Edson Buddle to Birmingham?

Apparently he's training there, so says the BBC

Not sure if he'll hack it in the Premiership but you can't blame him for trying. This could further explain the move for Angel by LA if it thinks it could potentially lose Buddle and Donovan.

Make Sense, I don't see how they could possible afford Beckham, Buddle, Donovan, Hedjuk, and JPA...

I don't see Ronadinho going to LA unless they dump either Becks or Cakes. Unless LA buys a 4th DP spot. They can do that, right?

This is the MLS and they are LA - they can do anything!

This is MLS, any team could bring in as many big names as it wants to, the league would happily make up new rules to cover it.

Buddle won't be able to get a work permit anyways he hasn't played enough with the USMNT enough to qualify. Also, it states in the article that is he is training with them not trialing with them which is a big difference

True, but it also says they're desperate for a striker. I'm sure they're not hosting Buddle out of the kindness of their hearts.

^This. I believe he has had to have played 75% or more USMNT games over the past two years and he's played a fraction of that.

Can't say I'm too enthused about this. If it goes through I'd expect him to be another Eddie Johnson.
