    Default "Dufferin Jog" no more

I put this in the OT Urban Toronto thread but I thought it is important enough to all TFC supporters to know that the commute to BMO along Dufferin is forever changed.

Huge. I am constantly having to take the "Dufferin jog"... I will certainly be glad I no longer have to. I don't know why things were designed this way to begin with! Silly 19th century city planners.

This will be great for TFC games. Another way to get out of the congestion. With all the Lakeshore/Gardiner work being done, the start of the season is going to be a real mess down at the CNE.

it will change a lot of things.

the shitty plaza on the corner (indian buffet, nail salon, used computer store) will probably become a tim's in the next 6 months. Sad.

    but I'll survive.

bombing graffiti in toronto is practically dead. there's not much to worry about.

and I think most new structures work a kind of 'stain guard' into construction, so paint comes off with a simple power wash.

Idiots! How inconsiderate of them to not think we could have football team in 100 years!

Thanks for posting this here, some of us still can't get into OT.

I don't have to go that way and really don't know how it helps but I am glad it's easier for you guys to get to BMO.

I should edit this for any older Portuguese people on this board (since the area of Toronto this is in) and say

Definitely bright like all underpasses should be.

The one at Keele (old Can Tire) between Cawthra and Vine Ave is horrible.
