There's a story in today's Sun (can't find it on line) about Wynne hoping for big support from Toronto FC fans.
Apparently there's a youtube vid of him doing the above.
"All year I've been telling these guys how crazy the fans were up there and how much you supported me, how much you supported the team."

He's also not the out-of-contract TFC player that refers to the club as MLS's "Gong Show". Depending on how Caan's discussion went with Her Klinsi, maybe TFC still have a shot at re-signing him.

I know this much, if I were Cann, TFC wouldn't get a 2nd chance. Still too much uncertainty for an up-and-coming player, too much still at risk. What if things don't get better?

I am sure Cann wants to stay Toronto simply because he is from Toronto. Hometown kid isn't going to Vancouver or any other MLS team unless Toronto doesn't offer him a contract.

Just when we thought the off season might get boring, and we would have to spend the next few months discussing whether "Inter" or "FC" is a more generic term for a football club...

comes this from DeRo... Can the guy please get himself a top agent, and negotiate this in private? I would really rather hear about this in an official press release after a decision has been made either way. Will the drama around this team ever stop?

If wasn't for JDG signing, I wouldn't mind giving DeRo his DP contract...but the problem is that now TFC wouldn't able to get couple of quality DP players since they used up 2 DP slots on JDG and DeRo. Nice job Mo of killing our cap and money!

De Ro hits the cap less if we make him a DP than he currently does.

It's logical to give him to contract, because even if you don't get that third DP, you free up cap space for getting solid MLS starters.
