    Default Relocation - adding seats

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows when relocation will take place?

Also, does the option to add seats come before or after relocation?

Which brings about my next question of how can you add more seats if you have relocated, would that not potentially make relocation useless for some people?

Lastly if you attempt to relocate but are unsuccessful during your allocated period is the FO willing to help you relocate afterwards if seats are available?

    Thanks for any help.

That's basically a NO... You have your appointment and need to make your move at that time...

That being said, Ticket Reps are good peeps and help you when you ask...

Really? 'Cause mine isn't. I asked if there was any way I could be placed into the South End if it came up after my relocation day and she wouldn't budge on the issue.

Adding seats is usually after relocation - remember that we have a max of 4 seats per account

Officially, relocation can only be done during your allocated time slot, otherwise it would be chaos for the front office to deal with all the relocation requests. I guess it never hurts to ask your rep though...

First week of November is on Monday. Today is Thursday.

Are they planning to give people their appointments totally last minute?

Yeah, I cannot see this working logistically. Maybe they meant that the dates/appointment times would be announced in the first week of November?

I figure they want to finish relocation by before November 10, the day they are suppose to send out the MLS Cup tickets to season ticket holders.

    I'm not attacking, just wondering.

Its not my problem if they take their sweet ass time doing this, I'm not the one with 5,000+ MLS Cup tickets to sell in a little over 3 weeks.

Even worse for me as it is 12:30pm on friday, I am confident that this is the last group.

I'm only hoping for a single some place cheaper ie yellow, light grey or medium grey so fingers crossed. My account rep didn't think it would be much of a problem.

Just moved from the top of dead silent 225 to row 16 of 120. The right combination of being in the south and being able to sit. Result! I can't believe it's the same price point - crazy.

For those that are yet to go - I wouldn't worry. There were TONS of seats available today at noon and my group only had about a dozen people in it. You should be able to get something good. When I left there were still quite a few in 117, 118, 119, and 120.

Interesting fact - MLS cup seats are based on your 2010 seats, not 2011. Even though you pay for the MLS cup game at the rate that you relocated to. Sucks for those moving up a price point, but great for those moving down a price point I guess. MLS cup tickets should arrive next week I was told.

I had section 120 the first that I had partials - good seats from what I remember. I loved watching the corner kicks because you are right in line with the goal line.

I got mine at 2:30 on Wednesday. Kinda shitty time for me, but whatever. I need to get out of the light greys.

Where is everyone trying to move to?
I'm at the top of 111 and would really like to move further down into 111. A lot of tourists/frat boys up there.

you will find a lot of people trying to move to cheaper seats or just to a better sight-line in the price point they are already in .. the more expensive the seats the more options are usually available

the way the relocation event works makes it kind of a crap shoot as to what is available ... someone can move right before your appointment and open up seats that someone earlier in the week would not have a shot at

I had partials there in 2009. I moved to the upper deck just to get away from that crap.
