Sad end for the former MVP, one of the best players, as I recall, when TFC first came in the league.

DC United has crashed and burned over the past few seasons.. it's sad, I guess.
And their stadium problems are even worse.
lol. that was fast
“Years have gone by and I’ve finally learned to accept myself for who I am: a beggar for good football.
I go about the world, hand outstretched, and in the stadiums I plead: ‘A pretty move, for the love of God.’
And when good football happens, I give thanks for the miracle and I don’t give a damn which team or country performs it.”
-Eduardo Galeano
DC United is in a rebuilding phase, so unfortunately, the old has to go.
Their stadium issues are something else. It's terrible that a team with such a good supporters' culture and history are being shafted by petty local politics.
MLS is a tough, physical league, that emphasizes speed, and features plastic fields, grueling travel, extreme weather, and incompetent refs. - NK Toronto
I can remember everyone (incl myself) being incredibly jealous of DCU and their south american players
Oh how the mighty have fallen....DC will be rebuilding for a while; Boscovic should help but it will be a long road back.
Still possibly the only known RPB to appear on Masterchef Canada.
(I think?)
Onalfo has to be at the top of the sack race now, followed closely by De los Cabos.
Emilio would be a good off the bench addition. I dont think we have room, but I could see him heading to Philly.
