you bring in frickin' Terminators to do the job?
^ I don't think he's quite up to T-2000 specs, because we got
him laughing when we drummed the Terminator theme. Good times.
In all seriousness, I think that security was much better yesterday.
We didn't have any brute force goons making rules up on the fly,
and the guys we did have were acting in a responsible manner.
I think it was Emilio who even pretended to play a confiscated
vuvuzela with us while we were chanting. How's everyone else feel?
also - there was a group discussion at the tailgate involving some FO input.
Anyone who was there to hear it care to give a brief summary?
now for some serious business
^^ Have you seen this mallet? (well not this one, but the matching one to make a set)
Some girl was playing the drum for a bit, and split with the mallet. I feel a bit bad
that everyone was laying into her friend over it, but really... if a friend of yours
pulls some bullshit like taking a mallet as a souvenir, expect to get some stick for it.
And just to put it out there - A lot of people get a turn playing the drum as a novelty,
and if we're losing expensive mallets (this was an expensive mallet) it will come to an end.
Anyone know where this mallet ended up? If you're out there mallet stealing girl,
you can just drop the thing off to a bartender at Shoeless Joe's and it will make it's
way back into our hands. We won't send the T-2000 to hunt you down.... yet.
