Default Predictions on Attendance for Galaxy Saturday?

12,500 tops. On the plus side, we won't have to lineup for anything.

Full house. I think people may be over reacting to this thing.

Depends what happens tomorrow during the day.

If things get goofy downtown, it will keep some people away.

I'm hoping for a full house.

I'd bet it will look like the last Vancouver game....

And if it's less, atleast I'll know what it's like to take in a game at DW Stadium....

Depends on the weather. There is rain in the weather forecast.
"Failure simply isn't an option at this stage. TFC pushed its chips to the middle of the table when it splurged on Bradley and Defoe and reinforced its bet by making savvy acquisitions elsewhere. This collection of players is capable of delivering on the promises made during the close season. There are no more excuses available for TFC. Only success will continue the process of atoning for the past and establishing a higher standard for the future." FOX Sports

If it's raining I'd be surprised if more than 15,000 attend with the G20 implications regarding access routes to BMO Field...

When if you look at the Vancouver game, they announced less than the total ticket sold, as the attendance announced was less that the 16,000 season tickets holders. It will be interesting to see what they announce if the know the stadium has far less people in it that what we know the STH number to be.

On a side note, my brother is coming down from Ottawa and he and I are going to the game tomorrow. Anyway, is there a place where TFC fans pre-drink and the USA match before the game tomorrow night? Shoeless Joes on King St? Is that correct.

3 mm of rain is forecasted throughout the day... dont think weather will play a role... as ppl have said, all depends on what happens DT throughout the day leading up to the game.

    15k minimum in attendance

I think it will be a good crowd as we have been out of action for a couple of weeks. The G20, is a bit overrated just take the transit.
Torontonians sure don't know how to deal with big events in town, do they.

Rain now forecast to end by 4pm on Saturday. The evening should be nice, 19 degrees.

I hope people don't overreact to the G20 paranoia.

I think with the team playing good at the moment, and the best team this year (so far) in town it would be pretty sad if it was less than full house. Even with the G 20 propaganda, I'll say an even 20,000. Also it's a night game. YESSSS...

I'm lucky I don't watch the news. It seems to cause extreme paranoia in the general population.
The only thing I care about is that it's .... GAME DAY!!

Well it was 18,809 I believe and I would guess that was the real number. There were people affected by the G 20 stuff going on but not as big an impact as many suggested. Not a bad crowd, considering.

Not bad at all, given it was pouring with rain at 5:30 pm, and pouring with rain towards the end of the second half.

Heck, it's almost as if rain scares away more people than rioting! But I guess it's easier to avoid the rioting, than the raindrops.
