Edit: Just as I suspected, the highest listed attendance for a TFC home game this season was the home opener. Ever other match at BMO Field had lower attendance than that game.

I went to the Juve game last night, and I don't know if what I saw was indicative of the fan base here, but what I saw was a whole bunch of ADP fans that didn't seem to care about the rest of the Juve team.
That makes me wonder if we'd end up with a bunch of ADP cheerleaders that couldn't care less about the rest of TFC.
I was at the match as well ... I think he would at least bring a little more credibility to TFC. I would welcome Del Piero @ TFC. Even if it was just for two seasons.

So apparently Cannavaro (an italian international playing for Juventus...) JUST announced that he wont be staying with Juventus next season. Do you guys think that adds any credibility to this rumor, or is it just a coincidence?
There is no chance in hell that canavero is coming here now. He is the captian of the italian national team and yes he isn't the best defender, but is still pretty good. He will sign with another Serie A team. Trust me he will be in the euro's as well.

If team's are allowed to use allocation money on transfer fees, they should bring in Pedro Pacheco. His fee would probably be pretty reasonable and I imagine his wages would be acceptable.

Well the same thing happened in Chicago with Blanco. There were a bunch of Blanco/CA fans who came out to the matches but as time went by they became Fire fans as well.
